Join our team at Freeman Roofing Queenstown as our next Client Rep – Contracts, Quotes and Sales on a temporary basis.
Freeman Roofing has a proud history of manufacturing and supplying superior roofing products across New Zealand. Our new office-based Client Rep will work directly with our manufacturing team, customers and stakeholders.

Some of the key tasks of the role will include, but are not limited to:
* Liaise with contractors, roofers and builders
* Job management
* Entering orders into the system
* Manage roofing budgets
* Interacting with customers, contractors and builders via email, phone and face-to-face
* Problem solving issues with customers and the team
* Juggling and prioritising tasks
* Working alongside the office team and production staff
* Continuous learning and job upskilling

* A flexible and agile approach to work
You will work Monday to Friday as a fixed term full time employee on a 6-month contract. Experience in customer service roles will be an advantage as well as experience in the roofing or construction industry, however, full training will be provided to the successful candidate. Over Christmas/New Year we normally shut down for two weeks giving you an opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved break.
You will need to be entitled to work in NZ and will be required to complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test as part of our company Drug and Alcohol Policy; and a criminal record check will be conducted.
