Freeman Roofing Wanaka is looking for a customer service superstar to join the team as our next Client Rep – Production and Service.

Freeman Roofing has a proud history of manufacturing and supplying superior roofing products across New Zealand. Our new office-based Client Rep will work directly with our manufacturing team, customers and stakeholders.

Some of the key tasks of the role will include, but are not limited to:
* Delivering exceptional customer service to customers in person, over the phone and via email
* Entering customer orders into our systems to facilitate seamless production
* Coordinate delivery and collection logistics and ensure all elements of the order are in place and assist with loading orders
* Support the factory supervisors to ensure timely production of excellent quality products
* Maintain stock levels and production schedules

To be successful in this role you will need:
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Experience optimising production schedules and ensuring orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner
* Experience managing stock levels to ensure branch demands are met
* An eye for detail ensuring orders are accurate, timely and the factory and branch are presentable
* To be health and safety focused in the way you work
* To be able to work a permanent, full-time role

You will work Monday to Friday from 7.30am until 4.00pm daily. Over Christmas/New Year we normally shut down for two weeks giving you an opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved break.

Experience in customer service roles will be an advantage as well as experience in the roofing industry however full training will be provided to the successful candidate. Qualification and experience driving forklifts and using gantry cranes will also be an advantage.

You will need to be entitled to work in NZ and will be required to complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test as part of our company Drug and Alcohol Policy; and a criminal record check will be conducted.
