Freeman Roofing Nelson is looking for a part-time Branch Administrator to join and support the team on a temporary basis.

The Role
The Branch Administrator is a part-time role reporting directly to the branch manager. The hours can be tailored to suit the right candidate and will total 25 hours a week.
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary environment with a diverse range of duties centered around the timely and accurate processing of accounts tasks.
The ideal candidate will:

• Have great written and oral communication and reporting skills
The main responsibilities of the Branch Administrator role include:
• Accounts payable being correctly and accurately processed
• Accurate processing and reconciliation of accounts receivable in a timely manner
• Timely processing of Payroll and associated record keeping; and
• General accounts administration duties.
In addition to the above you will be an active member of the admin team and support the customer service team from time-to-time.
You will work between Monday and Friday as a fixed term employee on a four-month contract with the possibility of an extension if the circumstances necessitate it.
